WHAT IS THE FIRST AID RESPONSE KIT?
- Our First Aid Response Kit was developed by a working EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) looking to create the most comprehensive first aid kit available.
- Our design was rigorously researched, developed and tested by industry professionals with years of expertise in the medical field. It reflects the convenience and quality needed in life threatening situations.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COMMERCIAL KITS?
- Unlike other commercial kits, that are appealing on a cosmetic level but insufficient in a genuine emergency, our kits were tested and approved by EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and special forces medics.
- We created our product with a complex understanding of emergency situations, and aim to provide a professional grade kit at a more affordable price.
- Our First Aid Response Kit is a FSA and HSA approved purchase.
- It's stored in a Nite Ize Waterproof Pouch that is dustproof and waterproof to IP67 (withstands immersion in water 1M deep up to 30 min) with multiple attachment points.
WHY DO I NEED A FIRST AID RESPONSE KIT?
- Our kits were skillfully designed to assist in any number of emergency situations, including mass shootings, car accidents, incidents involving trauma, and other everyday injuries. They include supplies for bleeding, burns, respiratory emergencies, eye injuries, fractures, cuts and scrapes and much more.
- Life threatening bleeding is the leading cause of death after an injury, and one of the leading causes of death ages 0-44. Most kits don’t have bleeding control supplies, our FARK has what you need to stop life threatening bleeding.
- When in the wilderness or on the road, many times you are far away from help, emergency response times can be far too long to rely on without other life saving interventions.
- In the event of a terror attack or mass shooting, authorities involved in fighting the perpetrator may not have time to assist in treating the wounded. Our first aid kit includes a military tested and CO-TCCC (Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care) recommended tourniquet that could save lives in a mass casualty situation (SOF-T).
- Relying on bystanders to assist or provide help in an emergency situation will not save anothers life. Studies suggest that “only 2.5 percent of people, or 1 in 39, got help from strangers before emergency medical personnel arrived, in research published April 14 in the American Journal of Public Health”.http://news.cornell.edu/stories/2016/04/having-medical-emergency-don-t-count-strangers
